ReachLit is an influencer campaign intelligence platform that helps users discover YouTube creators, evaluate creator fit, and send outreach emails. The Service includes AI-powered campaign analysis, creator search, and email integration features.

3. Account Registration

• You must sign in using a valid Google account to access the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive communications.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond intended use.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.

5. Gmail Integration

When you connect your Gmail account, you authorize ReachLit to send emails on your behalf to creators you select. You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through the Service. ReachLit does not read, store, or monitor your inbox. You may disconnect your Gmail at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by ReachLit and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit (campaign briefs, product descriptions, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Subscription & Billing

• Free tier users have access to limited features as described on our pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• Creator data (subscriber counts, contact info, engagement metrics) is sourced from publicly available information and may not always be accurate or up to date.
• We do not guarantee that outreach emails will be delivered, opened, or responded to.
• AI-generated campaign analysis and creator scoring are advisory and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachLit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
